That’s where PathFinder by Resume All Day comes in, a 3 or 6-month coaching program that helps college students and recent graduates turn their educational background and extracurricular experiences into real opportunities. PathFinder includes consistent 1:1 weekly check-ins focused on building momentum: clarifying targets, tailoring applications, preparing for interviews, and communicating confidently with recruiters and hiring managers.

 

Resume All Day works with clients every step of the way, ensuring participants' materials and approach align with what employers are actually looking for. The service includes a professionally written resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile, plus company-specific research and guidance on what to say (and when) throughout each stage of the process. By reviewing drafts, refining answers to behavioral questions, and teaching practical techniques to craft effective future outreach and interview responses, this program sets participants up for professional success.

This individualized support helps participants land interviews and offers while understanding the roles and team's expectations. I bring over 8 years of career coaching experience, along with firsthand knowledge from Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, including Tiffany & Co., American Airlines, Lyft, and Boeing. I hold a business degree from UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business (Top 10) and have helped clients land roles at similar companies.
